Anna Husemann studied textile and knitwear design in Hamburg. Her work revolves around the interaction of color, form and material - always in search of a modern, abstract interpretation of the traditional craft of knitting.
Her greatest source of inspiration is nature: here she not only finds ideas for motifs and compositions, but also special color nuances and structures. She shares her love of colorful patterns and environmentally friendly textiles in knitting instructions, in collaborations with international knitting magazines and in numerous workshops.
