Innovations from Mettler

h+h Cologne is normally a place where you can get to know numerous innovations live and up close. Even if this year unfortunately was not possible in this way, we would still like to present the great new products of our manufacturers to you!

Mettler has several novelties at once, expanding its wide range of high-quality yarn by two absolute must-haves and additionally offering a brand-new, attractive advertising set for its retail dealers.

For many decades now, Mettler has managed to meet the highest creative demands of millions of seamstresses all over the world, not least through new innovations and first-class products.

The latest creation of the established manufacturer is the sewing thread SERAFLEX made of 100% PTT(polytrimethylene terephthalate): an absolutely unique and ingenious thread, which is excellently suited for all stretchable fabrics with an elongation of approx. 65%. SERAFLEX makes especially the straight stitch extremely elastic; in the best case even a doubling of the seam elasticity can be achieved compared to seams with conventional sewing threads. Due to its properties SERAFLEX is perfectly suitable as sewing thread for sportswear, outdoor, ladies', men's and children's wear as well as for underwear and lingerie! SERAFLEX should be used both as needle thread and as bobbin thread; the thread tension should be adjusted as loosely as possible. Mettler recommends needle sizes Nm 70-80.

SERAFLEX is available in 36 colours and is offered for retail sale in the top unit M0602 with shelf rocker. Furthermore, SERAFLEX can also be presented in an attractive counter display in your shop in an eye-catching way!

The second big novelty from Mettler are the new colours of the denim thread DENIM DOC - the extended range now includes 10 attractive colours which leave nothing to be desired.

DENIM DOC is the perfect thread when working with denim thanks to its mixture of polyester core and cotton braiding. It not only produces great results for closing, topstitching and neatening seams, but is also ideal as an embroidery top thread for matt embroideries.

DENIM DOC is also available as a product set in three different versions, each containing the DENIM DOC yarns in a matching colour.

Mettler also offers a counter display for DENIM DOC for the retail trade, which can be individually loaded and in which up to 20 bobbins can be attractively presented.

New advertising set for an attractive shop window design.

In order to additionally support the dealers at the point of sale, Mettler has put together a colourful, attractive advertising set. With the new, colourful advertising displays, you can now present your shop window and/or store in an attractive way.

The range consists of three individual sets; all items are easy to assemble in just a few steps and are made of high quality cardboard.
