I hereby confirm that we will send our product(s) to our cooperation partners designdirektive in Cologne (Germany) by 15.02.2025 at the latest and and collect them at the event areas between 17:00-19:00 on 09.03.25 after the end of the exhibition. Products that are not collected will be donated or destroyed. You will receive further information on the product delivery and collection in a separate e-mail.

Conditions of Participation

Registration for the special event zones is restricted to exhibitors at h+h cologne 2025. Participation is free of charge for h+h cologne exhibitors. The costs of transporting the exhibits are to be borne by the exhibitors themselves. Exhibitors warrant that the exhibits are eco-certified and do not infringe property rights or other rights of third parties. Decisions concerning the inclusion of products are at Koelnmesse’s discretion. Participation requests will be considered, subject to availability, based on the time of their receipt by Koelnmesse; in the event of rejections, the exhibitors will be informed in writing. The number of exhibits per exhibitor may be limited. Exhibitors will have no influence over the design of the exhibition and the positioning of the exhibits. The exhibits will be insured for the duration of the event at Koelnmesse’s expense at the replacement value to be specified by the exhibitor. The h+h cologne 2025 General Conditions of Participation and Special Conditions of Participation apply. Koelnmesse reserves the right to commission third parties to design, plan and stage the special event zones.
