About Fatima Halwani
Fatima Halwani was born in Lebanon in 1985 and moved to Bonn with her family at the age of four. She was passionate about fashion from an early age and was already sewing clothes for her Barbie dolls at the age of six. Those closest to her noticed her artistic talent for fashion and her talent for skillfully transforming her own designs into finished dresses at an early age. Her parents were also aware of their daughter's extraordinary talent and actively supported her in her desire to become a fashion designer.
In order to perfect her craft and acquire more knowledge, she worked in various areas of the fashion industry. After a thorough training as a textile technician, Fatima decided to study design in Düsseldorf. When she presented her graduation collection at the CPD fashion fair in 2010, she enchanted the audience with her unique creations. Immediately after graduating as a fashion designer, she opened her first showroom in her hometown of Bonn, specializing in the production of one-of-a-kind, intricately handcrafted items.
