Highlights Day 1 - 31.03.2023

'Be creative. Be unique', is the motto of the h+h cologne 2023 starting today. 280 exhibiting companies from 41 countries will be presenting the world's largest spectrum of products, innovations and trends for sewing, crocheting, knitting, embroidery and handicrafts to the trade from all over the world until Sunday.

The mixture of talks, lectures and workshops is as varied as the products and services offered by the exhibiting companies. The first of three days full of information, inspiration and tried-and-tested know-how started on the talk sofa and in the workshop rooms. In the special area my lovely livingroom there were exciting talks, lectures and workshops with well-known experts and new creative minds. But the practical side of things also plays an important role in the event programme. The workshop rooms on the event floor are the place for this.

There will be a very special surprise in front of and at the South Entrance of the fair: Because this year, parallel to the h+h cologne, the 1st International Yarnbombing Festival "Woolinale" will celebrate its premiere. In front of and in the South Entrance, it will be particularly artistic, unusual, creative, colourful, unusual and surprising this year. This is because artists from all over the world will present their textile artworks there on the occasion of the "Woolinale".
